During my Career I have had to rely on other people to build and maintain my website. I spent my time researching different platforms that would allow me to create and update my website easily and design the platform with the features I wanted to help me stay connected with my customers.
My Story...
I travelled a lot in the early part of my career when dial up was still a thing. I dreamed of being able to offer courses and share resources from a central hub.
An unexpected new skill..
When social media arrived I was sceptical but I discovered it was really useful for delivering useful content to my growing community of athletes. I used the platforms to promote sponsors and brands and discovered a talent for organic social media marketing.
Who would have thought...
That soon I would be in demand to help Athletes and Business Owners with Brand Management, PR and Digital Marketing.
As I studied and gained experience I became even more determined to create my ideal website with courses and a community area.
The pandemic bought new challenges but it also rapidly accelerated my understanding of the tech needed for remote coaching. I was given lots of match practice to deliver sessions in unusual circumstances and to come up with creative solutions to coach my athletes.
I also had more time to perhaps determination to build my digital equestrian centre. I discovered Kajabi and I haven’t looked back!
